In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our e-commerce offerings, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Sales Campaigns
Plan and execute performance-based marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and online sales.
Research market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
Brainstorm and test new growth ideas across platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Content & Creative Execution
Develop persuasive ad copy, product pages, and creatives that convert.
Work closely with design and video team for TikTok, Facebook & Instagram creatives.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Build and manage lead-gen funnels for WhatsApp, email, and CRM capture.
Optimize conversion points from landing pages to checkout & upsells.
Digital Platform Management
Manage e-commerce stores, product listings, and campaign setups (Shopee, Shopify, TikTokShop).
Deploy retargeting, promo codes, and A/B testing to boost ROAS.
Data Analysis & Campaign Reporting
Track campaign performance using Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and in-app data.
Provide weekly reporting on cost-per-lead (CPL), ROAS, and conversion metrics.
Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve sales performance.
